Breakfast Gives Power Awarded!

January 15, 2013

Our CRM platform has proven to be successful again – this time it serves a CSR Danone program Breakfast Gives Power, which has been recently AWARDED WITH ZŁOTE SPINACZE (Golden Clips) in 2 CATEGORIES.

The main communication channel for the project is the web platform based on our CRM system – designed by us and implemented by CMS Mirage. This CRM is dedicated to servicing large competitions based on the User-Generated Content module. The system enables advanced management of users relations – in this case teachers and parents involved in the project – they have the opportunity to set up breakfast clubs online, enroll their schools in the program, follow the interactive map of applications and participate in the contest for the best coverage (film or presentation) of the Breakfast Club. The system also supports workflow for call center which is responsible for activating schools to participate in the program.

The CRM system was used for the second time for Breakfast Gives Power, it also supported twice the large scale Danone Nations Cup project. Currently it is a part of another successful program “Tesco for Schools”.

The high social value of Breakfast Gives Power has been recognized by the jury of Złote Spinacze (Golden Clips) competition, who decided to award the program in two categories: Efficiency and Food Sector.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – gives energy to learn and play, and improves concentration. This idea has built the background to create an educational program Breakfast Gives Power – run by Danone, Lubella, Biedronka and the Institute of Mother and Child. The program encourages teachers and parents to create breakfast clubs in schools, and to celebrate, November 8, Day of Healthy Breakfast. The main objective of the program is to increase awareness of healthy eating and the role of breakfast in the diet of children, but also to reduce the level of malnutrition among children in Poland through proper education.
