DNC World Final 2012

On 9th September at the National Stadium in Warsaw, supported and applaused by almost 41,000 spectators and under the watchful eye of the international DNC Ambassador – Zinedine Zidane, young football teams from 40 countries and 5 continents played in the Danone Nations Cup World Final 2012.  

In the final game South Korea defeated the team from Japan and won the Danone Nations Cup 2012. Second place went to Japan, and the third to the team from Switzerland. Tha Polish team defeated in penalty goals  Ireland and took the 17th place in the general classification.

The Danone Nations Cup in Poland enjoyed a large audience. There were many activities for families both in the National Stadium and in the Family Fun Zone in front of it. The profit of the day was donated to the program “Share Your Meal” dedicated to children.
